Customer Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and communicative Customer Relations Manager to become a primary point of contact for our international guests. You will guide travelers in selecting experiences, support them throughout their journey, and help drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide professional assistance before and during trips.
• Build strong relationships, understand individual preferences, and tailor tour packages accordingly.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities while keeping a guest‑first approach.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and contribute to sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth tour execution.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update the CRM system.
• Assist with sales tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer relations, hospitality, tourism, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Confidence working with international customers.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused mindset.
