CRM Manager

About the role

As a Customer Lifecycle & CRM professional you will drive engagement and value across the entire customer journey. You will use data, segmentation and targeted campaigns to support key performance indicators such as revenue, deposits, active customers, retention and reactivation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRM objectives and KPIs, including revenue, turnover, deposits and active customer metrics.
• Analyze customer behaviour and lifecycle data to uncover opportunities for retention, reactivation, cross‑sell and upsell.
• Plan, launch and optimise public and segmented campaigns across email, SMS, web, sliders and other channels.
• Develop customer segments, journeys and workflows to deliver personalised experiences.
• Prepare campaign briefs, monitor performance and report results with actionable recommendations.
• Research market and customer trends to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Resolve day‑to‑day CRM and customer‑related issues securely and efficiently.
• Ensure customer data is handled in line with GDPR and company policies.
• Collaborate with Compliance to support audits, regulatory requirements and data‑protection procedures.
• Share customer insights and best practices with the wider team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with CRM or marketing‑automation platforms.
• Solid knowledge of GDPR and responsible data handling.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, data‑driven and customer‑focused mindset.
