Freelance Paid Social & Lead Generation Specialist (part-time)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Paid Social & Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage a social media acquisition channel that generates high‑quality B2B leads and potential partners. This part‑time role focuses on results rather than routine posting, aiming to create an effective acquisition funnel through paid social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a lead‑generation strategy on Instagram and other social platforms.
• Set up, launch, and continuously optimise paid social advertising campaigns.
• Build and refine a lead‑generation funnel targeting relevant B2B partners.
• Create or coordinate ad creatives, visuals and copy, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Test audiences, creatives, messaging and formats to improve lead quality and volume.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and provide regular optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid social, performance marketing and lead generation.
• Hands‑on experience running and optimising social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead qualification through social media.
• Ability to work autonomously with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in related industries (dating, creator economy, influencer marketing, entertainment) is a plus.
