Keynote Content Producer, Events & Experiences

About the role

The Events & Experiences team at Autodesk is looking for a seasoned Keynote Content Producer to craft the creative content behind the company’s flagship live events. You will partner with executive communications, product marketing, brand, creative, and agency teams to turn ideas into memorable keynote experiences for global audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Keynote Strategy and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate approved messaging into compelling presentations, multimedia, and product demonstrations.
• Manage end‑to‑end production of keynote content across events such as Autodesk University, One Team Conference, and TechX, ensuring all assets are delivered on schedule.
• Drive alignment across executive communications, product marketing, brand, creative, event teams, and external agencies, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Lead day‑to‑day creative work with design, motion‑graphics, and video production partners, providing feedback and overseeing timelines.
• Develop and maintain integrated work‑back schedules, identify risks, and resolve dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate rehearsals, technical run‑throughs, and onsite readiness to ensure show‑ready delivery.
• Conduct post‑event retrospectives, capture lessons learned, and create repeatable processes, templates, and playbooks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in live event or keynote production, managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Proven ability to build alignment and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in high‑visibility environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with executive‑level stakeholders and external vendors.
