About the role
We are looking for a Creative Content Manager to lead the production of short‑form video content for our clients. The role focuses on developing engaging Reels and TikTok videos that capture audience attention and drive brand awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create Reels/TikTok ideas, hooks, and innovative formats.
- Write scripts for short advertising and brand videos and craft copy for social media posts.
- Plan the overall direction of video scenes, shots, and visual storytelling.
- Coordinate daily content placement and manage the content calendar.
Required profile
- Proven experience creating short‑form video content for social platforms.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas quickly.
- Excellent written communication skills for scripting and copywriting.
- Ability to work on‑site in Tbilisi and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
