Cluster Human Resources Administrator

About the role

The Cluster Human Resources Administrator will support the full scope of HR administration across multiple hospitality properties and legal entities of ibis Styles Batumi. This position is ideal for an organized, detail‑oriented professional who can manage employee documentation, HR systems and administrative processes in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR administration across the cluster of properties.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, termination documents, certificates and other official HR paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files for different legal entities.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding documentation and processes.
• Process promotions, transfers, salary changes and other employment status updates.
• Monitor probation periods, contract expiry dates and required employee documentation.
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS and other HR platforms.
• Manage employee leave, attendance and related HR records.
• Provide accurate employee information for payroll processing.
• Support implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures and templates.
• Ensure compliance with Georgian Labour Law and assist with HR audits.
• Provide administrative support for cluster‑wide HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities is an advantage.
• Hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Georgian Labour Law and HR administration practices.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Fluent in Georgian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS/HR platforms.
