About the role

Vortex Fitness is seeking a proactive Branch Manager to oversee one of its modern fitness clubs in Tbilisi. The role combines leadership, customer experience, and business performance to ensure the club operates smoothly and meets its growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the club, ensuring high standards of service and facility upkeep.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of trainers and staff.
• Drive member satisfaction through exceptional customer service and tailored fitness experiences.
• Monitor sales, operational efficiency, and financial KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with head office and cross‑functional teams to align local initiatives with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of management experience, preferably in a retail or fitness environment.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing sales processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills with a high level of ownership.
• Customer‑first mindset and results‑oriented approach.
