Bilingual Operations Customer Expert – Tbilisi

About the role

Philip Morris International is looking for a Georgian‑English speaking Operations Customer Expert to join its Tbilisi team. You will handle inbound customer inquiries across multiple digital channels and identify opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, live chat, social media, and other digital interactions.
• Diagnose customer needs, resolve issues promptly, and record accurate interaction data.
• Identify and propose up‑selling, cross‑selling, lead generation, or product upgrade opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of service quality while adhering to company processes and compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Georgian and proficient in English.
• Minimum age 21 and at least a graduate‑level education.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience of at least 6 months in sales, acquisition, or customer‑facing roles.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy.
• Consultative selling and objection‑handling abilities.
• Detail‑oriented data entry and call documentation.
