Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join the Peugeot Georgia after‑sales team in Tbilisi. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a high standard of service and support.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers entering the showroom while adhering to brand service standards.
• Identify customer needs, provide appropriate support, and register them in the work program.
• Consult on recommended services, calculate work costs, and prepare invoices.
• Search for and sell automotive parts and accessories from the catalog.
• Promote the sale of spare parts and accessories.
• Monitor delivery times of ordered parts and keep customers informed.
• Maintain databases and work with relevant software applications.
• Make telephone reminders for scheduled services.
• Support new car sales and service delivery.
• Report directly to the department manager.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive service.
• Interest in the automotive sector with basic knowledge of vehicle technical specifications.
• Valid driving licence and driving experience.
• Communicative level proficiency in English and Russian.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Desire to help people sincerely.
• Strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
