B2B Key Account Manager

About the role

iSpace, the official Apple Premium Partner in Georgia, is seeking a driven B2B Key Account Manager to build and grow strategic relationships with corporate clients, delivering Apple and partner technology solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with corporate (B2B) clients, establishing long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations showcasing Apple solutions and a broader technology portfolio.
• Generate new business through cold and warm outreach, networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored technology solutions that create business impact.
• Develop and execute Key Account Plans to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Collaborate with technical, retail and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunities, pipeline and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, preferably in technology.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Passion for technology and solution‑based selling.
