Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Tbilisi. The role leads the sales function, prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships and driving revenue growth across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor performance against sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Contribute to pricing and market positioning decisions and mentor sales staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, including setting targets and leading a sales team.
• Strong business development, client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, prepare forecasts and develop effective sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience working on‑site and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and the local language(s); additional languages a plus.
