Atlassian Administrator

About the role

Devexperts is seeking an Atlassian Administrator to manage and optimise its Atlassian datacenter suite. You will support testing environments, automate business processes, and ensure smooth operation of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Jira Service Desk.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and administrate Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk).
• Design and manage Jira workflows, automation rules, and integrations.
• Oversee add‑on usage to meet team and business requirements.
• Collaborate with users, development, Linux and other technical teams to resolve issues.
• Provide training and onboarding for new hires on Jira and related tools.
• Coordinate prompt issue resolution with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian Premier Support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Atlassian products.
• Strong knowledge of JQL, Jira Automation and ScriptRunner.
• Experience with Jira Cloud and familiarity with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Upper‑intermediate (B2) English communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
