Account Manager / Sales Agent – Georgia (Poti or Rustavi)

About the role

AutoBidMaster is expanding its presence in Georgia and seeks a driven Account Manager/Sales Agent to work from an office in Poti or Rustavi. You will guide customers through buying vehicles from US auto auctions and manage the full purchase cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with daily leads via calls, WhatsApp and email, advising them on buying cars through the platform.
• Manage the entire purchase process from winning bid advice to final delivery.
• Grow assigned accounts and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
• Provide top‑tier support, gather feedback and nurture repeat business.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers and internal global teams.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English.
• Prior experience in car sales or solid understanding of the US auto‑auction industry.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts and keep accurate records.
• Experience working with CRM tools, ZenDesk and MS Office.
