About the role
We are looking for a Support Team Lead to head our customer, restaurant and courier support operations in Georgia. The role combines hands‑on assistance with people‑management, ensuring high‑quality service while guiding a fast‑growing support team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct support to customers, restaurant partners and couriers, handling inquiries and issues.
- Lead by example, continuously raising service standards and sharing best practices.
- Co‑manage the support team together with the other Support Lead, acting as a sparring partner for colleague development.
- Participate in shift scheduling and optimise staffing plans.
- Drive recruitment efforts to maintain a first‑class performance as the team expands.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer experience or support roles with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to use insights to improve service.
- Independent, customer‑oriented and excellent at building relationships.
- Ownership mindset, willing to go beyond the obvious to support the team.
