Service Delivery Project Manager

About the role

Evolvexe is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Project Manager to lead the strategic and operational development of a new customer service project. The role combines data‑driven analysis with hands‑on leadership to continuously improve performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic and operational development of the project, ensuring resources align with business priorities.
• Analyze current structures, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
• Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Lead client communications, preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear analysis of risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training and Operations to turn identified issues into actionable improvements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership and high performance throughout the operational structure.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years in a senior management role with responsibility for operational performance and people management.
• Proven ability to analyse data, identify structural weaknesses and implement sustainable improvements.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of setting expectations, motivating teams and ensuring accountability.
• Flexibility to travel periodically between Tbilisi and Kutaisi.
• C1‑level English (mandatory); German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
