About the role
Join Concentrix to support a vibrant community of players who enjoy social and interactive games. As a German‑speaking online support agent you will handle player inquiries through email, chat, social media and a dedicated community platform, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to player questions and issues via email, live chat and social media channels.
- Assist users on the community platform, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
Required profile
- German language proficiency at least B2 level.
- Experience with social or interactive games.
- Strong typing and computer skills, including MS Office and web‑based applications.
- Ability to work 24/7 shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
