SSC Training Manager

About the role

As the SSC Training Manager at Wolt, you will lead the training function within the Shared Service Centre, ensuring that all learning initiatives align with global standards while meeting local requirements. You will be responsible for managing the training team, tracking performance metrics, and delivering high‑volume onboarding programs that prepare agents for success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Training Leads and Training Specialists to execute training programs effectively.
• Track, report, and analyze training KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain the Train‑the‑Trainer certification process.
• Design and manage cohort‑based onboarding programs, refining them to accelerate ramp‑up without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with global training teams to define, validate, and roll out new learning approaches.
• Coordinate the rollout of global training projects, adapting them to local nuances.
• Act as the primary liaison between local SSC teams and the global training organization, ensuring feedback informs global decisions.

Required profile
