Junior+ Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior+ Talent Sourcer to help us find top candidates for our international clients. You will work remotely within a dynamic HR agency that offers full‑cycle recruitment, relocation, onboarding, and corporate development services.

Key responsibilities

• Search candidates across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, HeadHunter, Habr Career, GitHub, specialized Telegram chats, and other sources.
• Publish job vacancies on job boards, groups, and channels.
• Conduct cold outreach and explore new sourcing channels.
• Perform initial candidate screenings.
• Analyze search results, build candidate funnels, and prepare reports.
• Maintain and update the candidate database in the Huntflow CRM system.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a sourcer or recruiter.
• Ability to craft Boolean and X‑Ray search queries.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Habr Career, HeadHunter, GitHub, and Telegram chat sourcing.
• Experience posting vacancies and handling applicant responses.
• Background in cold search and executive search.
• Responsible, systematic, and consistent work approach.
