About the role

Credo Bank is looking for an experienced HR leader to head the Employee Experience and HR Business Partner (HRBP) department. The role will shape a unified strategic framework for the full employee lifecycle and drive a culture of high engagement, satisfaction and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee experience from attraction, recruitment and onboarding through development, performance assessment, engagement and retention.
• Design and continuously improve the employee journey map.
• Conduct engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze loyalty metrics, feedback and exit interview data.
• Identify risks and issues related to employee experience and develop action plans.
• Lead data‑driven improvement initiatives for HR processes and services.
• Organise quarterly employee‑experience committee meetings and coordinate implementation of decisions.
• Develop motivation and retention programmes, including tools for core‑talent identification and retention.
• Strategically manage the HRBP team, monitor results and collaborate closely with digital, technology and other business functions.
• Support organisational change and transformation processes, and provide consulting to leaders on performance management and team development.
• Define departmental strategic goals, projects and key performance indicators and ensure their delivery.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience in HR, preferably in a business‑partner or employee‑experience capacity.
• Proven experience leading teams and developing people.
• Deep knowledge of modern HRBP models and practices.
• Experience in organisational change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data‑based decisions.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
