Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Gurtam is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build and scale the high‑load infrastructure that powers the Wialon ecosystem. You will lead CI/CD automation, manage production Kubernetes clusters and optimise critical data platforms such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale reliable, highly available infrastructure for the Wialon platform.
• Provide on‑call incident response and proactive monitoring.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
• Automate provisioning and configuration with Terraform and SaltStack.
• Evolve production Kubernetes clusters and Docker workloads, ensuring security and resource efficiency.
• Build observability stacks with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics and Grafana, and drive performance tuning.
• Administer high‑scale databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) including backups, tuning and troubleshooting.
• Support identity services (Keycloak) and resolve cross‑layer technical issues.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong Linux administration and networking skills.
• Hands‑on production experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in English (Upper‑Intermediate) and Russian (Upper‑Intermediate).
• Residency permit for Georgia (current or previous).
