ServiceNow FSO & CSM Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSO / CSM Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support ServiceNow solutions focused on Customer Service Management and Financial Services Operations. The role works closely with analysts, architects, product owners, and technical teams to turn business needs into scalable platform implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM and FSO applications.
• Build and maintain case management, customer service, account, contact, consumer, and financial account processes.
• Create and manage workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Workflow Studio automations.
• Develop integrations with external banking, CRM, ERP, and payment systems using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
• Implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, ACLs, data policies, and notifications.
• Configure assignment rules, SLAs, approvals, decision tables, record producers, and service definitions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and preferably Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• ServiceNow platform development (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Data Policies, Notifications).
• JavaScript and Glide API programming.
• REST and SOAP integration, Integration Hub, and API consumption.
• Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, Configurable Workspace, UI Builder.
• FSO‑specific configuration (workflows, playbooks, assignment rules, SLAs, decision tables).
• Source control, update sets, application deployment, and release management.
