Reset Merchandiser – Grocery Store Section Reset

About the role

We are looking for a Reset Merchandiser to execute weekly plan‑ogram resets in a grocery store environment. The role involves preparing sections, repositioning shelves and products, and ensuring a tidy shopping area for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret plan‑ograms and new item tags.
• Collect plan‑ograms, tags and new products, and set up the work area.
• Break down sections orderly to keep aisles accessible for shoppers.
• Re‑position shelving and place merchandise according to the updated schematic.
• Maintain a clean work area and complete required forms reporting completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while providing professional assistance to customers.
• Adhere to KOMPASS employee guidelines, safety standards and clock‑in/out procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan‑ograms and communicate fluently in English.
• Own a smartphone with internet/data access and willingness to install a required app.
• Personal tape measure and safety gloves for job tasks.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50‑70 lb, reach, bend, kneel and work in temperatures from 0‑90 °F.

Required skills
