Business Development Manager – Caucasus Region

About the role

AutoBidMaster is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Georgia and the broader Caucasus region. You will be responsible for driving sales, building partnerships, and overseeing the local office operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own local sales and revenue targets and develop strategies for sustained growth.
• Generate new business through direct sales, partnerships, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, brokers and other automotive businesses.
• Research the market, competitors and customer needs to identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead, hire, train and manage the local sales and support team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Georgian office and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor sales, revenue and team performance, providing regular reports to leadership.
• Represent AutoBidMaster in the market and enhance the company’s reputation and network.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of proven success in B2C/B2B sales, business development or regional management.
• Experience in the automotive, auto‑auction or logistics sectors is highly preferred.
• Self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset and a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities with dealers, brokers and internal teams.
• Experience building, leading and mentoring sales and operational teams.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Russian (written and spoken).
