IT Talent Sourcer – Commission Based (Remote)

About the role

Opticoteam LLC is seeking an experienced IT Talent Sourcer to join its global staffing team. Working fully remotely, you will help build pipelines of high‑performing technology professionals for clients across the USA, Europe, the Middle East and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates in global markets using LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future IT staffing and software development needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate interest, availability and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Research new talent pools, competitor landscapes and compensation benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data.
• Contribute to employer branding with tailored outreach messages for different geographies.
• Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimise the approach.
• Support diversity and inclusion by proactively sourcing under‑represented talent.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment within IT staffing or tech services.
• Proven track record sourcing technical profiles such as software engineers, QA, BA, DevOps across multiple countries.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous and fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and disciplined data hygiene.
