Implementation Consultant, HCM

About the role

The Implementation Consultant, HCM plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for clients as they onboard onto our payroll and HR services. You will lead full‑scale implementations, configure solutions to meet client needs, and enable them to maximize the value of our HRIS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand payroll and HR requirements and gather data for system configuration.
• Manage the entire implementation lifecycle—from kickoff through go‑live—while setting realistic expectations.
• Partner with internal Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Lead client meetings to communicate timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide training and guidance on effective use of the HRIS system to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process‑related issues during implementation.
• Maintain the CRM (Client Space) with up‑to‑date project milestones, tasks, and documentation.
• Transition clients to the service team for ongoing support once live.
• Build and maintain relationships across teams to coordinate communications and services.
• Participate in webinars and training to stay current on best practices.
