Hostess

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations and ensure smooth guest flow in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests courteously, providing a positive first impression.
• Handle reservations received via online platforms and phone, keeping records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Seat guests according to venue standards, availability and reservations, and manage queues during peak times.
• Provide menus, answer guest questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Monitor and maintain the organization and presentation of common areas, coordinating with housekeeping as needed.
• Support the service team in managing guest flow, including coat/closet services where applicable.
• Assist with daily event content streaming and coordinate event logistics.
• Bid farewell to guests, ensuring a warm and lasting impression.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in restaurant, hospitality or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and work effectively under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
