Housekeeper – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Housekeeper on the 2nd shift is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment across the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and office spaces. This role supports the overall appearance and hygiene standards required for a safe and welcoming workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas such as vacuuming, dusting, wiping trim, and emptying wastebaskets.
• Maintain adequate cleaning supplies and report low inventory to the supervisor.
• Assist in kitchen and other support areas when needed.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, develop proposals, and help implement changes.
• Wear required personal protective equipment in designated zones.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Customer‑centric attitude, high energy, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work non‑standard shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Physical capability to move around the facility, stoop, bend, and lift as needed.
