HoReCa Wine Development & Listing Manager

About the role

Chigogidze Wines is seeking a dynamic professional to lead wine development and listing activities within the HoReCa sector. The role is full‑time, based in Tbilisi with a hybrid work model, and focuses on expanding the company’s presence in hotels, restaurants and cafés.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new HoReCa accounts, presenting the wine portfolio and negotiating listing agreements.
• Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing partnership growth.
• Organise wine tastings and training sessions for partners to enhance product knowledge.
• Promote brand visibility through targeted sales activities, events and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable feedback to winemaking and marketing teams.
• Help shape the wine portfolio for HoReCa channels based on market insights.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status and listing outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing and production.

Required profile

• Proven wine sales and account‑management experience, preferably within HoReCa or related channels.
• Strong knowledge of wine education, oenology and winemaking processes, able to convey stories to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships, negotiate contracts and manage listings effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including delivering tastings and training.
• Fluency in written and spoken Georgian; English or other regional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Prior experience in the wine industry, hospitality or FMCG sales; relevant certifications are advantageous.
