Hospitality Software IT Specialist

About the role

You will join HRS's global service delivery team, providing implementation and support for a wide portfolio of hospitality‑focused IT products. The role combines software installation, technical assistance and troubleshooting for hospitality companies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure software solutions for the spa and hospitality sector.
• Provide telephonic, remote and onsite support for IT products.
• Log and update support issues in the internal call‑logging system.
• Research, isolate and resolve technical problems, documenting fixes and mitigation steps.
• Assist with occasional implementations, testing and documentation of new releases.
• Test and troubleshoot new software versions before release.
• Prioritise and manage multiple issues of varying severity.
• Coordinate support cases with third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• Strong IT background with proven experience in technical support.
• SQL knowledge is mandatory.
• Familiarity with programming languages (preferred).
• Experience installing operating systems and 1C software.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work occasional night shifts.
• Open‑minded, eager to learn inventory management and new IT concepts.
