About the role

As a Healthcare Customer Support Agent you will help patients and healthcare organizations resolve payment‑related questions, ensure smooth communication and support the flow of payments.

Key responsibilities

• Talk to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to sort out payment‑related issues.
• Ensure all parties receive accurate information and that payments are processed correctly.

Required profile

• Strong English skills (B2+ level) with clear, professional communication.
