Data Analyst

About the role

Pave Bank is a digital bank serving global businesses in digital assets, payments and fintech. The Commercial team needs a Data Analyst to turn client, transaction and pipeline data into actionable decisions, building dashboards, models and internal tools while leveraging AI.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client revenue, transaction volumes and product usage to identify growth sources and build profitability models.
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates and onboarding metrics, and flag at‑risk clients and upsell opportunities.
• Design, own and automate the Commercial team’s dashboard layer, moving from manual spreadsheets to live self‑serve reporting.
• Build internal tools such as client scoring, pricing calculators and reporting automation, and deploy them on Google Cloud.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) to create AI‑assisted workflows, summarise client interactions and draft commercial documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in an analytical role, preferably in fintech, payments, banking or a data‑heavy commercial environment.
• Fluent professional English; Georgian is a plus.
• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to explain why numbers move.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for large transaction datasets.
• Python for analysis and building small applications.
• Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Scheduler).
• Modern BI tools such as Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau or Power BI.
• AI coding tools like Claude Code or equivalent agentic platforms.
• Advanced spreadsheet modelling and Google Sheets automation.
• Front‑end basics (React or Streamlit) for usable interfaces.
