Payments Processor – Remote (Georgia)

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a Payments Processor to join its finance operations team. You will manage incoming payments, match them to invoices, and reconcile accounts for U.S.-based healthcare clients while collaborating with internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record incoming payments from insurance companies and patients.
• Match payments with invoices and services provided.
• Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Update financial records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Report payment trends, delays, or irregularities to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• English communication skills (B2+ level).
• Experience with payment processing, accounting, or data entry (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial software.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and initiative.
