Portfolio Analyst

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to help scale and optimise its credit portfolio. You will work hands‑on with portfolio metrics, risk strategies and pricing, collaborating closely with Product and Data Science to turn data into clear, impactful decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor key portfolio metrics such as FPD, PD, LGD, NPL, surplus and LTV.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies by risk level, product and acquisition channel.
• Assess the impact of internal initiatives on financial results and optimise portfolio structure.
• Monitor risk concentration across regions, products and borrower segments and adjust credit policy accordingly.
• Formulate requirements for scoring models, analyse scoring‑card performance and work with cash‑flow forecasting models.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or portfolio analytics.
• Higher education in a technical or economics‑related field.
• Strong understanding of credit risk metrics (PD, NPL, FPD, SPD, Roll Rate, CoR).
• Knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• SQL (including window functions and subqueries).
• Python (basic proficiency with NumPy, pandas, scikit‑learn).
