Customer Support Representative – Collections (Remote, Georgia)

About the role

Join Evergreen Finance London’s Customer Support Team to assist customers with overdue accounts. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate repayment options, and help customers return to their contractual arrangements while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound calls from customers across all recoveries tranches with professionalism.
• Make outbound calls to discuss due and overdue accounts and propose affordable payment plans.
• Record accurate contact notes in the system.
• Achieve repayment arrangements that reduce default and delinquency.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure all outcomes comply with regulatory standards and benefit both customer and business.
• Meet department quality‑assurance metrics (KPIs, SLAs).
• Support other departments to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Provide regular feedback to line managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer‑centric environment.
• At least 1 year experience in collections or recoveries within the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with FCA guidelines and handling vulnerable customers.
• Strong verbal, written and numerical communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
