Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

The Automotive Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Peugeot showroom in Tbilisi. You will ensure a welcoming experience, understand client needs, and guide them through recommended services while upholding Peugeot’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the showroom and ensure brand service standards are met.
• Identify customer needs, provide appropriate support, and register them in the service management system.
• Advise on recommended services, calculate work costs, and prepare invoices.
• Search for and sell automotive parts and accessories from the catalog.
• Promote the sale of spare parts and accessories.
• Monitor delivery dates of ordered parts, informing customers promptly.
• Maintain databases and work with relevant software tools.
• Make reminder calls for scheduled services.
• Support new car sales and service execution.
• Report directly to the department manager.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive service or a related field.
• Interest in the automotive sector with basic technical knowledge of vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and driving experience.
• Communicative proficiency in English and Russian.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Strong desire to help customers, good time‑management, detail orientation, and teamwork skills.
