AI Developer

About the role

EXANTE is building an AI layer for its sales organisation, a daily‑used agentic system that supports around 190 relationship managers across 14 regions. The system integrates with the company’s CRM, Jira and internal knowledge base to answer client queries, deliver briefs, manage tasks and suggest next actions. You will join a small, autonomous team and own the end‑to‑end development of this AI layer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the agent layer, including prompt architecture, tool integration, orchestration and context management.
• Develop and run evaluation pipelines that measure the impact of changes on agent performance.
• Build backend services, APIs and data models supporting the AI system.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to expose AI capabilities through React interfaces.
• Continuously improve the system based on data signals and user feedback.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional comfortable working in a high‑autonomy environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a diverse tech stack.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on delivering production‑ready solutions.
