About the role

We are looking for a senior Tech Lead to drive the technical architecture and roadmap of our e‑commerce and retail platforms. You will shape the future of a high‑traffic online store, ensuring scalability, reliability and fast delivery of new features.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the technical architecture and roadmap for e‑commerce and retail platforms.
• Make technology and architectural decisions based on business value, delivery speed, operational risk and total cost of ownership.
• Design a modernization strategy for legacy systems, balancing refactoring, replacement and coexistence.
• Create scalable, resilient solutions for high‑load scenarios such as flash sales and seasonal peaks.
• Participate actively in coding, code reviews and technical documentation (ADR).
• Lead incident management in production, perform root‑cause analysis and implement runbooks.
• Establish development standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, monitoring and security.
• Mentor and lead a multi‑stack development team, conduct code reviews and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Integrate Retail ERP via SOAP/XML and external services (banks, logistics) via RESTful APIs.
• Evaluate and select third‑party technologies, vendors and integrations (payment, PIM/OMS/ERP).
• Collaborate with product, design and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize platform performance and plan scaling on MySQL, Redis and Docker infrastructure.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong PHP and e‑commerce experience.
• Proven ability to design complex system architectures and plan scaling strategies.
• Hands‑on coder who actively participates in development and code reviews.
• Experienced in leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Skilled in incident management, root‑cause analysis and establishing runbooks.
• Excellent communication with product, design and business stakeholders.
