Technical Product Manager

About the role

The Technical Product Manager will support the implementation and development of the CAE Nextgen project within our flight operations team. This role is part of an approved contractor headcount and focuses on driving product innovation from concept to launch in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines and sprint coordination, including retrospectives and daily stand‑ups.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and facilitate effective internal and external communication.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, handling backlogs, new requests and conflict resolution.
• Guide development teams toward higher Scrum maturity and ensure deliverables meet quality standards each sprint.
• Lead end‑to‑end product innovation, collaborating with digital business partners, vendors and cross‑functional teams to co‑develop roadmaps.
• Translate data insights into actionable product features and maintain product performance tracking post‑launch.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (3‑7 years) in Agile Technical Product Management.
• Proven track record in Product Lifecycle Management, Cross‑Functional Communication, Technical Translation and Stakeholder Management.
• Ability to coach teams, resolve obstacles and deliver high‑quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.
