Program Manager III - Provider Data Operations

About the role

The Program Manager III – Provider Data Operations leads the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex initiatives that transform provider data processes. Partnering with business, technology, domain, and operational teams, you will drive projects from discovery through implementation and operational transition, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, data accuracy, and enterprise consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels, and ensure regulatory compliance within Provider Data Operations.
• Develop and execute integrated project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as business requirements, acceptance criteria, testing readiness, and issue logs.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders through executive summaries, dashboards, presentations, and governance updates.
• Negotiate resources, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and secure formal scope sign‑off from stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings with Business Analysts, SMEs, technology teams, and operational leaders to meet expectations and strategic objectives.
• Support change management, training readiness, stakeholder communications, and smooth operational transition.
