Payment Integrations & Technical QA Manager

About the role

We are an international broker building a dedicated Payments Product team. As a Payment Integrations & Technical QA Manager you will own the end‑to‑end onboarding of payment providers and act as the first line of response for any payment‑related incident.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full onboarding cycle for new providers – from the initial technical call through sandbox configuration, test design, UAT, production launch and post‑release stabilisation.
• Own first‑line incident response for failed, stuck or unconfirmed transactions and drive them to resolution.
• Define and enforce the acceptance standard for new integrations, making go/no‑go decisions before launch.
• Translate provider API documentation into implementation‑ready specifications, covering edge cases, failure paths and confirmation models.
• Perform hands‑on verification using manual checkout testing, Postman callbacks and SQL queries against transaction data.
• Maintain a catalogue of payment methods, providers, integration types and known failure modes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in payments, PSP integrations or fintech platforms with hands‑on ownership of integrations.
• Fluent English and Russian for daily communication.
• Ability to stay composed during incidents and communicate findings clearly to providers and engineers.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to propose improvements and work independently.

Required skills

• API integration and webhook handling.
• Postman (or equivalent) for API testing.
• SQL for querying transaction data.
• Diagnosing live payment incidents from logs and API responses.
• Using AI tooling in daily work.
