Marketing Automation Program Manager

About the role

Primerica is seeking a Marketing Automation Program Manager to lead the vision and execution of its digital marketing automation ecosystem. The role will partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and technology to deliver an integrated experience that empowers representatives to engage clients more effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a cohesive vision for a fully integrated, end‑to‑end digital experience across front‑end interfaces and back‑end systems of record.
• Translate business objectives into product features, ensuring high‑value delivery and measurable impact on sales, client interaction, and retention.
• Own roadmap delivery, remove obstacles, and allocate resources to meet departmental priorities and annual plans for multiple products.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to link metrics, reporting, and user behavior to business goals.
• Monitor usage patterns, identify operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement of the platform.
• Champion the digital CRM, RMC, and POL platforms beyond basic functionality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in marketing automation or related technology.
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with day‑to‑day execution and resource management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience linking metrics to business outcomes.

Required skills

• PEGA (preferred).
