HR Business Partner / HR Director (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Director to lead the Core Business Unit of Social Discovery Group. This remote position works with globally distributed, multicultural teams to align people strategy with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure personnel effectiveness and contribution to strategic and financial goals.
• Manage staffing levels, oversee successful probation completions, and maintain workforce satisfaction.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a motivated work environment.
• Implement and enforce HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and measure manager and employee satisfaction with HR services.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Director in an international digital/IT/product company.
• Proven ability to execute the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, training, succession planning, performance evaluation, and termination.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, efficiency, engagement, and C&B analytics with measurable impact.
• Highly persistent, goal‑oriented, and comfortable with numbers and facts.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and resilience under uncertainty.
• Fluent in both Russian and English.
