Director of Privileged Access Management & Non-Human Identity (Remote)

About the role

Huntington is looking for a strategic leader to own and advance its Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Non‑Human Identity security program. This remote position will define strategy, governance, engineering and operational processes to protect the bank’s most sensitive identities, credentials and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise PAM and Non‑Human Identity strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned with identity security objectives.
• Establish governance, standards and controls for privileged accounts, service accounts, machine identities, secrets management and credential lifecycle.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application Development, Architecture, Risk, Audit and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous maturity, risk reduction, regulatory compliance and audit readiness for privileged access controls.
• Oversee privileged account onboarding, password rotation, session monitoring, emergency access and de‑provisioning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Identity Security, IAM or Cybersecurity, with 5+ years leading managers or large security programs.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex security and regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
