Valuations Senior Consultant

About the role

PricewaterhouseCoopers is hiring a Valuations Senior Consultant in Tbilisi to support the delivery of high-quality valuation engagements across a range of industries. The role covers financial analysis, valuation modelling, market and industry research, and contributions to client reports and presentations, working closely with managers and senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Apply key valuation methodologies for businesses, assets and financial instruments
• Prepare and review financial models, valuation calculations and supporting analyses
• Conduct client, industry, market and comparable company research
• Support the preparation of valuation reports, presentations and client deliverables
• Work with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Assist in client meetings and communicate findings clearly and professionally
• Contribute to proposals, pitch materials and business development initiatives

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, transaction services, audit or financial advisory
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA or CPA, or progress toward certification, are an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English

• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of valuation concepts, accounting principles and financial statements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in a team
