About the role

Access Home LLC is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its growing team in Batumi. The role combines active sales, business development and client relationship management across residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new residential and commercial property listings for sale and rent.
• Contact and meet property owners directly to build relationships.
• Work with buyers, renters and investors to understand their requirements and present suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and follow up enquiries professionally.
• Support negotiations between clients and property owners.
• Identify new developments and potential developer relationships.
• Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, networking and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, activities and opportunities.

Required profile

• Confident communicator comfortable building relationships.
• Proactive in contacting prospective clients and property owners, including cold outreach.
• Sales‑oriented and motivated by measurable results.
• Professional, reliable and organised, able to work independently.
• Comfortable using digital systems and learning new tools.
• Fluent in Georgian, Russian and English (specify level).
