Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our fast‑moving fintech team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality service through phone, email and chat while representing our brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Follow internal workflows, stay updated on product changes, and share feedback to improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates, attend regular meetings and training sessions to continuously raise service standards.
• Identify issues that require escalation, ensure timely handoff, and work with internal teams for resolution.
• Log all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM and contribute to reporting on customer trends.

Required profile

• Clear, friendly, and professional communication style.
• Excellent verbal skills in Georgian and English.
• Comfortable engaging with customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player open to feedback and growth.
• Genuine interest in fintech products and industry trends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus).
