Outbound Calling Officer

About the role

We are seeking an Outbound Calling Officer to proactively engage property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants. The focus is on disciplined prospecting, precise qualification, and thorough CRM documentation while maintaining a high call volume.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 300 outbound call attempts per working day using the approved dialer and lead lists.
• Follow scripts and talk tracks to present the company’s services in a consultative manner.
• Qualify leads by asking structured discovery questions about property details, transaction objectives, motivation, timeline, and decision‑making authority.
• Record outcomes (qualified, nurture, callback, disqualified, do‑not‑contact) in the CRM according to the qualification framework.
• Escalate high‑intent or time‑sensitive opportunities promptly to the appropriate representative.
• Maintain accurate notes and update contact, property, and appointment information after each interaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma, intermediate qualification, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education.
• 2‑3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Neutral US accent with confident, professional phone communication.
• Experience in real‑estate, property acquisition, brokerage, mortgage, or investor lead generation is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using dialer software.
• Ability to work with spreadsheet and productivity tools.
