SEO / SEM Mentor GEO

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO/SEM Mentor to share practical knowledge with our students. The mentor will lead both online and offline workshops, guiding learners through real‑world optimisation projects and the use of AI tools to enhance performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops based on a detailed syllabus.
• Teach core SEO and SEM concepts, strategies, and best‑practice tools.
• Demonstrate the use of AI‑driven solutions to improve search campaigns.
• Present real case studies and hands‑on examples.
• Provide feedback, support, and career guidance to students.
• Foster an inclusive, interactive learning environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and integrate new approaches into training.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of professional experience in SEO and SEM.
• Proven track record working with real companies, brands or clients.
• Experience planning, managing and optimising Google Ads and organic search strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Georgian (native or high level).
• Mentoring or teaching experience is a plus.
