Senior Program Manager – Digital Wallets & Tokenization

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the rollout, launch and deployment of tokenization (MDES) for issuer wallets across Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. You will ensure tokenization readiness and drive successful go‑to‑market execution for digital wallet initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the launch and enablement of issuer wallets for clients.
• Coordinate activities between banks, processors, wallet providers and customers.
• Enable tokenization with Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and local wallets.
• Ensure readiness for MDES issuing tokenization, e‑commerce (MPGS) and contactless payments.
• Liaise between client teams and financial‑services implementation/product teams.
• Support go‑to‑market activities, including marketing and operational readiness.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Drive digital and e‑commerce transformation readiness for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in payments or digital wallet projects.
• Strong understanding of complex technical payment topics.
• Proven program‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan regulatory and market landscape.
• Fluency in Russian and English (knowledge of Kyrgyz, Uzbek or Tajik is a plus).
• Compliance with Mastercard MDES standards.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, matrix organisations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
