Project Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to join PSI’s clinical operations in Tbilisi. The role will oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and contract management for clinical studies, ensuring accurate financial tracking and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prepare study budgets for proposals and change orders.
• Maintain and update project finance data in internal systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare accrual reports, manage invoice requests, and monitor budget versus actual costs.
• Draft sponsor agreements, change orders, and payment schedules.
• Set up and manage project‑specific timesheets, reconciling actual costs with budgeted amounts.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of project budgeting and financial analysis experience within a CRO environment.
• Fluent English (CEFR C1) and strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and train colleagues.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competent use of standard Microsoft Office applications.
